BBR Procedures

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:

Our procedures, dear Guests, have been designed to ensure maximum privacy and security, allowing you to make an early SELF CHECK IN or a PRIVATE CHECK IN inside your room upon arrival:

• Three days before your arrival you will receive an email from PreStay stating our SELF CHECK IN procedure. By following this simple procedure you can check in independently. Alternatively, a PRIVATE CHECK IN can be organized at the time of your arrival inside your room.
• One day before your arrival you will receive, via WhatsApp or Email, a personal code to independently open all access to our structure, including the door to your room. On this occasion, your arrival time will be requested so that we can organize a personalized welcome by appointment.
• In the event that your arrival is later than 20.00, we’ll send you a short video by WhatsApp or Email that will illustrate how to access our facility and how to reach your room by yourself.
• The Check Out can be carried out independently in accordance with the times indicated.
• Check-in times are from 14.00 to 20.00. Upon request and availability, it is possible to provide an Early Check In service.
• Check-out times are before 11.00 am. Upon request and upon availability, it is possible to provide a Late Check Out service.

To guarantee a complete cleaning and sanitization of the rooms, these times must be absolutely respected.
