Our check-in procedures are studied to ensure our Guests enjoy privacy and security.
You will receive all the information you need a few days prior to your arrival via WhatsApp or email. We will also ask you to inform your estimated time of arrival so that we can organize a customized Check-In. Check-In is from 3 PM to 7 PM. After 7 PM and no later than 11 PM, a Self Check In service is available in case we are unable to welcome you personally. After 11 PM Check In is not possible.
Check-Out is within 11 AM, and we ask all our Guests to respect it. We can arrange for Late Check-Outs, within 1 PM upon request and availability, at an additional charge of 25€, but this service is not available in high season.
RULES
Our rules are studied to ensure our Guests enjoy silence and tranquility. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed. Pets of any size are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in any area.
To ensure the silence and the rest of our Guests, after 11 PM. we do not accept Check In and after 10 PM we ask all our Guests not to make noise.
Daily room cleaning service is from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, after this time we do not guarantee room cleaning.
No extra beds are provided in our Suites, so we do not accept Guests in numbers higher than the maximum occupancy of the room. All of our beds and mattresses are Poltrona Frau, non-separable doubles.
Our Personal Concierge service, is at your complete disposal to personalize your stay. To best guarantee this service, all requests should be made as soon as possible and at least 3 days before your arrival.
